I got my novilla mattress sometime last month, maybe around the middle of the month? I can’t remember the exact day, but I’ve been using it for a little while now. The material feels really nice, soft and comfortable, but not flimsy or cheap. The cover is smooth, and the foam feels sturdy so far. It’s holding up well, and I didn’t notice any weird smell when I set it up.

I got the medium-firm one and, it feels exactly like they described. Not rock-hard like some awful slab, and not so soft you sink into it like a sad pancake. Happy with it so far.

I remember the first few nights because I was bracing myself to wake up every time my partner shifted around. To my surprise, I barely felt most of their movement, which was such a relief. It’s not completely perfect, but compared to what I was used to, it made a big difference.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the corners still feel a little softer than the rest, but overall I’m happy with it for the price. It’s been doing the job well, at least for however long I’ve had it now.

There wasn’t much back and forth, which I appreciated, and the refund showed up a few days later. it was simpler than I expected. No real complaints from me
